司馬遷

(前145年或前135年~前90年)，字子長，西漢夏陽(今陝西韓城南)人，一說龍門(今山西河津)人。西漢史學家、文學家、思想家，司馬談之子，任太史令，因李陵之事有所辯解，受腐刑，後任中書令。發奮完成所著史籍，被後世尊稱為史遷、太史公、歷史之父。
