2018金馬奇幻影展於4月13日至22日於台北舉行。金馬奇幻影展為台灣首次以「奇幻」為名的主題影展，自2010年創辦至今，內容涵蓋科幻、恐怖、驚悚、歌舞、喜劇、武俠、動畫、愛情以及各類cult film，帶領影迷敞開心房，探索想像極限。
本屆影展邀來吉田大八、武正晴兩位日本名導帶著新作來台共襄盛舉，出席映後座談，影迷千萬不可錯過面對面的難得機會。此外，影展也規劃一代歌舞巨匠鮑伯佛西（Bob Fosse）焦點導演專題，招牌K歌場更獻上羅伯馬歇爾導演贏得奧斯卡最佳影片《芝加哥》，邀請影迷一同大秀舞技歌藝，將戲院變成超大KTV，而秒殺招牌秀《洛基恐怖秀》也將連續第九年嗨翻戲院，讓影展不只好看、更是好玩。歡迎影迷們拋開尺度，呼朋引伴，一同參與這場大開眼界的電影嘉年華會。
