本書收錄作者2010-2014年間的詩作66首。當中不乏以台北為題材的詠嘆。因而取名《台北翅膀》。作者早年攻讀於台灣大學，因而與這個〈大平洋上的綠眼眸〉（零九年詩作）結下深厚情緣。

「香港詩歌協會」會長，「香港散文詩創造社」社長，香港《圓桌詩刊》主編。著有《茶話本》、《昭陽殿記亊》、《假如你坐在對面》、《荷塘月色》等詩集，《劉半農詩歌研究》、《散文詩的蛹與蝶》、《我捉住飛翔的尾巴》、《何達作品評論集》等詩歌評論集。並編有《燈火隔河守望──深港詩選》、《無邊夜色──寧港詩選》、《大海在其南──潮港詩選》等詩歌選本。與葉莎合編的《台港愛情詩精粹》將於2016年出版。
