About this ebook
世界契約法正處於整合階段，其規模可分為全球性的與區域性的。本書前三章一方面介紹德國消費借貸及代辦商之發展並檢討我國之現行規定，他方面，彰顯該發展乃區域性整合之一部分。其後二章對歐洲契約法新動向之鳥瞰，不難發現歐洲契約法之發展不僅瞬息萬變，也與全球性契約法整合連動。後三章則為全球性契約法整合之説明，主要從法律適用之角度，觀察非主權國家制定之契約法原則或其他型態之Soft Law究竟有何作用。
