本書從解讀《十三篇》原文，繼而結合哲學理論、與之相近的商業案例切入，對該類商業案例的法律風險進行剖析並提出防控措施，同時用法院的判例進行司法實踐說明，最後輔之以法律法規連結以方便讀者查找應用。其中：關於仲裁、判決案例及意義。本書選取具有影響較大、典型意義的中外仲裁案件、法院判決，選取的標準是：最高法院案例典型、意義突出、方便閱讀。其中，中國雖然有些案件法律是允許公開的，但為了避免對號入座，所以被選取的案例均隱去了案號、仲裁機構或法院的名稱、對於案件的原告、被告、申請人、被申請人等也採用化名處理。
本著成書之前，沒有法律--哲商--孫子兵法之體系類的書籍參考，本書算是在這方面的初次嘗試，力圖達到抛磚引玉的效果。我也希望借此機會，能與在法律--哲商--孫子（武）兵法方面感興趣的朋友一起研究探討、挖掘華夏智慧瑰寶及中華經典蘊含的法律思想、商業之道、風險防範，復興中華民族的傳統文化。
