About this ebook
海牙國際私法會議成果對中國區際私法之發展與完善產生了重要的影響。海峽兩岸暨香港、澳門各法域對海牙國際私法會議成果的不同程度的認可，促進了各法域區際私法規則的趨同化，增強了各法域之間的司法互信程度，也為更完善的中國區際民商事司法協助與合作奠定了堅實基礎。但是，中國區際私法之發展並不是海牙國際私法會議成果的照搬照抄，也不囿於海峽兩岸與香港暨澳門四個法域的現有法律制度，而是始終立足於海峽兩岸與香港暨澳門這四法域及四法域民眾的實際需要與共同福祉。我們展望，在「人類命運共同體」思想下，隨著各法域區際私法規則的趨同化和區際民商事司法協助的完善，具有中國特色的統一區際私法也將應運而生。
