傅承得 詩人、文化人及出版人。1959年生於馬來西亞檳城，國立臺灣大學中文系畢業。曾任華文獨中署理校長，現任大將出版社社長。有「馬華詩壇的瑰寶」、「馬來西亞文化新點子的『黑手』」之喻；曾獲「馬來西亞十大最受歡迎作家」、「優秀青年作家獎」、「國家書籍獎最佳編輯」及「馬華文學獎」等。
