About the author
任真，男，本名侯人俊，另有筆名鈍三、老芋頭、侯俊。籍貫湖南攸縣，一九三○年四月十七日生，一九四九年十月來臺迄今。國防醫學院軍醫正規班畢業。曾任軍醫、連長、參謀、秘書，現已退休。作品曾獲國軍新文藝金像獎短篇小說佳作、文復會小說金筆獎。 任真創作文類包括散文、小說。早期小說大都以農村生活、自然生活及家庭倫理為題材。後來則小說、散文並重，表現個人對政經變革的感觸；其散文用詞典雅，富含哲理，對人生頗具啟迪作用。 已出版散文集：《雲山蒼蒼》、《鄉情》、《章太炎的丰采》、《春蹤夏影》、《一燈熒熒下》與《竹林棲隱》等六種；小說集：《冬陽》、《高山寒梅》、《翠谷情深》、《慈靄》、《秋收》、《蕉鄉春融》、《蟬蛻》與《農家往事》等八種。
