日本「企畫屋」所屬的知名劇本作家，主要從事AVG遊戲的劇本創作。 丸戶加入企畫屋後，與「戲畫」合作推出了PC平台AVG遊戲 《Chocolat ～maid cafe "curio"～》，從此便受人矚目。 之後又由《女僕咖啡帕露菲》（パルフェ 〜ショコラ second brew〜）確立了人氣。 其另一部作品《青空下的約定》（この青空に約束を─）也獲得了 美少女遊戲大賞（美少女ゲームアワード）2006年大獎、劇本獎、 玩家支持獎、純愛系作品獎、主題歌獎等獎項， 成為其知名度最高的作品之一。 作品有《不起眼女主角培育法》、（AVG遊戲）《青空下的約定》、（AVG遊戲）《白色相簿2》等。
