名羅玉良。中國鐵路作家協會和廣西作家協會會員。1954年生人。1969年不足16歲下鄉到海南生產建設兵團， 1974年返城後，自學獲得大學本科文憑。後在鐵路系統宣傳部門工作多年，所寫的報告文學和文學作品等，曾先後獲得中國鐵路和自治區二三等獎。
