It is a really good and useful app but the problem is if there is a paired exercise(like one for right leg and one for the left) it does not tell you (or doesn't tell you correctly) whether you should change half way through the exercise or there's gonna be whole another one for that. Whitch is extremely annoying. I would be really happy if the team fix this.

There are a lot of good mobility exercises here and I'm feeling the benefits as someone who can relate to the tin man. my biggest gripe and why it's 3 stars instead of 5 is that there are a lot of exercises that do one side but not the other. for example, triceps stretch it does the left arm but not the right and never tells you to switch sides. It's very frustrating especially when you've paid for the app.

Decent onboarding. The actual daily process though? Very flawed. Occasionally it'll do both sides of an exercise, but often it won't, and unless you look through all the upcoming exercises for the day you won't know they're missing until you've finished the sets so that seems uneven. The video examples are good but their range of flexibility is making me feel bad about how limited mine is despite it knowing I'm a beginner. "Almost done" voice cue would be better five seconds out rather than two.
