when it works, it works, but when it doesn't work, it really doesn't work. if you ever need support for anything, trying to contact their support, which has to be done through this app, either doesn't work at all, or you have to wait multiple hours for them to just respond with "I dunno" and close the chat. why not just offer email support at that point.

some times it work perfectly and other times it is totally unreliable, recently tracking information is not updated most of the times,for example it keeps saying waiting sender and the sender dropped the package days ago! and the customer service team on phone takes ages to reply ...it is a long wait!

Edit: It's been 2 years. Still can't verify with MitID Can't verify with MitID to sign up for Flex. Forces me to sign in, then says there's no internet connection, so I hit Try Again, sign in to MitID again and then get told I can't access it because there's another session in progress. I've tried to use MitID to log into other things and do not have this issue. No issue with internet connection on anything else. If I try to log in with email 2FA or Password, it pulls up a web page that 404s.
