UPDATE: Logged out, back in numerous times, shut app, reopened etc, and like magic the tickets just appeared. Someone fixed something, and quickly thankfully. ### Still no tickets...got email from MCC to go and find tickets, but they don't appear. FAQ is garbage saying I must have used a different email, which is incorrect as Im reviewing my order summary - no other options to seek help!

Your app's performance is really so good. But there is not enough videos. Specially, all match'es highlights of ODI 2023 and T20 2024 should be given. Many of us can't watch sports live due to many reason. If you give those highlights, we will be greatfull to you. I want to watch all the highlights of ODI 2023, T20 2024. Besides that, Most wicket taker, Best wicket, Yorkers and so on. I think you will consider my opinion and do something to enhance your app's facilities. THANK YOU. 🇧🇩🇧🇩❤❤

App is poor. If you're going to force people to use an app to access tickets purchased, at least make it easier to use. I bought tickets for the Test Championship at Lord's & the app says the tickets are there. When I try to view them - which is presumably what I will need to access the stadium - they do not appear. Instead, I get a screen that says 'swipe to view more tickets' which doesn't work. Very frustrating. There's some smallprint that says wait up to 48 hours.. really?

Hi, Sorry to hear you were having problems. If you're able to view ticket details (Eg. Gate, Stand, Row, Seat) - that is perfectly normal. For security purposes, the QR code appears 48 hours before the actual day of ticket. If you're not even able to view basic info, Let us know at digitalproduct@icc-cricket.com and we will look into it. Thanks!
