Some of the purchases I've made - never received. Try to follow the steps that the app has regarding this - doesn't allow screenshots to be added even though asked for - doesn't provide link/route to manual service even though in app customer service bot says will - try to address it other ways but the app basically restarts/reloads itself instead. But had no problem taking my money. Next step is to dispute charges are this point since there's too many flaws with addressing this.

I love this merge game. With a lot of options, it's easy enough to get energy to play for hours, without investing. The objects in merge games are important to me---some are so cookie cutter---these are interesting and satisfying to merge. There's always something to do, always some fun reward when you check in, and always something new popping up. I'm spending money so I can binge, but I don't think you have to. Try it!

Update makes it less rewarding. I was really enjoying the grind, but it changed between yesterday and today. Now progressing without spending money is very difficult. I don't mind watching ads, but now the rewards for doing so don't amount to much. The game isn't fun with all the new nerfs to experience, energy, and items. 3 stars because it was good while it lasted. It went from 5 star to 1 star imo.
