I have never been more frustrated with an app, nor has an app ever brought me so close to tears. I only joined this network less than a month ago, I'm updating everything to my new Lebara number and when I try and use the app and log in, all I get is "network request failed". Then when it does work I get "incorrect password". Reset password "network request failed". Reset my password and try and log in "incorrect password". Makes me regret leaving giffgaff.

Important functionalities such as cancelation of your subscription is missing both in the app and website. The app is useless as it doesn't offer anything more neither is more user-friendly than the website. Moreover, Lebara makes their customers pay separately for basic functionalities like stopping the data usage when the bundle runs out. Pay more or expect to receive huge bills for using data out of the bundle. You will be ripped off one way or another.

nice and smart I've been using this app for a while now, and overall, it's a great experience. The interface is user-friendly and smooth, and most of the features work as expected. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into the design and functionality. That said, there's still some room for improvement—whether it's occasional bugs, loading times, or adding a few more features. If those get fixed in future updates, it could easily be a 5-star app. Keep up the good work! good
