After reinstalling GetContact on my smartphone, Iāve been having trouble verifying my phone numberāit keeps failing. I entered my number correctly, but the app isnāt reading it properly (some digits are missing), so the verification code never reaches my phone. The call verification option doesnāt work either. Iāve contacted GetContact via email, but their solutions havenāt fixed the issue. Really disappointing. At this point, I might just switch to another app.

I paid for a GetContact Premium subscription, and the amount was deducted from my balance, but my subscription was never activated. I checked my account, restarted the app, and even contacted my service provider, but nothing worked. Tried reaching out to customer support, but no helpful response yet. This is very frustrating and feels like a scam. If I don't get my service or a refund soon, I'll have to report this issue.

When the program was without a subscription, it worked well. When I subscribed to the premium system, it kept blocking me from seeing the tags and limited me i don't know why and send several messages to customer service and no solution the answer is wait for your monthly subscription
