This is generally a good app, being that I don't need to stop at a machine for a physical ticket. However, I am annoyed that when trying to buy an off peak ticket for an off peak ride, it forces me to purchase a peak ticket. It's easily happened on my last 10-15 purchases. Not cool. I'm being taken advantage of because it's assumed that I don't have the time to make a complaint to have this rectified. Do better.

I had no issues with this app until and use it frequently until 4/2025. I changed my phone to a Google Pixel Pro 9 and the display for the app was reduced and cut in half, it's so annoying and no one seems to be able to fix it. If there was another app option I would stop using this app in a heart beat!

I would give this 5 stars except for the fact that when I got my new phone and transferred everything over, I got a notification saying that I only have a limited number of 3 times to sign into a new device. I was using my old phone for 6-7 years, but what about phones that break/get dropped unexpectedly, or get stolen? What about those who upgrade their phone every year with each new model? After 3 times, you have to create a new login?? Otherwise, the app is pretty reliable and solid.
