It's a good thing I'm old and chose to also print my boarding passes! App worked great up to the point I needed to board, then required me to login all over again despite my settings set up to save that information and use biometric login. Then, couldn't retrieve my trip and asked me to try later. Super helpful when trying to boad a plane!

When the application works it is great. When it doesn't, it is so frustrating. I've completed check-in at least three times over several hours. The application says I'm checked in and then immediately reverts to not checked-in. When I'm at the airport tomorrow, I'll work with an agent and they will check me in. I've never gotten an answer on why this keeps happening.

Unable to log into the app. keep getting the "unable to find your accounts information. please confirm...". I have the account set up emails. I log in to the site but the APP continues to fail. Transportation should allow an alternative to digital when it fails and fails so often.
