I was excited to try this for the first time. But found that the app is not user friendly, it was very confusing. I purchased a group ride for 2 people,($19) but upon trying to connect our birds, it started a new charge, which ended up being an additional $48. And we paused and had issues resuming and upon scanning to get the bird started again there was an additional $16 charge 😏. Since this is used recreationaly I think the app needs to be simplified for users. I am currently disputing charge

Absolutely horrible experience thus far with this app. I sign up and get everything ready to go out and before I know it, there's an error notifying me my "postal code does not match the card" This is a google pay account EVERYTHING information wise matches or I would not be able to use said card like I often do. so I attempt a few more times to fix this and just move on with my night, now the app seemingly banned my phone for trying to fix it. I have never had such a bad experience B4

Used the app and Bird today. At LAX and needed a short ride but did not want to pay Uber/Lyft price for 2 miles. Wanted to walk but dressed for an event. It was actually pretty fun to ride and no stress. You have to be committed and drop 25 bucks in the beginning, but it is worth it. App seems to work easy User interface.
