Soul Land: Awaken Warsoul

tried logging back to my account, keeps on getting "the server in this area is full. please select the latest recommended server to enter." basically they want me to start over in a new server. All my progress is lost and they're forcing me to start over. hell no. deeply disappointed, I used to love this game; now I basically lost everything.

1. It has connection issues, you can disconnect at the most inopportune times, whether it's during an event or some other thing. You won't get the rewards of whatever you were doing, which really sucks long-term. 2. The game still sometimes glitches out on bosses for some reason. The boss HP disappears and it can't be completed, normally you can log-out and log back in, though you won't get rewards then, even if the issue gets fixed for the time being. Worst case scenario logging out won't resolve the issue, in which case you need to contact tech support and wait however long it would take for their answer/help. 3. The game still has lag spikes which can really ruin the experience. 4. And though this isn't personal, isn't PEGI 12 with a game that has Gacha in it a bit much? 5. You're never gonna get far in the game unless you spend insane amounts of money, and there's pop-ups offering you discounts and the like non-stop. 10/10 would not recommend unless you're somehow swimming in money and can burn it with no thought. Overall, you don't want to go down this route. I gave it a shot simply because I'm a huge fan of the novel, but the game isn't even loyal to that. You'll just be more disappointed as you go on.

When I logged and and tried to create a new game by picking another server different from the server I used in the past, I can't get past loading screen after you pick a character if it is male or female and name them. And directly goes back to the log in screen which is basically the first thing you see after opening the game. It keeps popping a text box saying that it failed to load the file and I should refresh it. I tried it multiple times even uninstalled and install it but it doesn't work.
